Account Deletion Request

You may request the permanent deletion of your Ridgeline Workshop account and associated personal data.

Once your request has been verified and processed, your Ridgeline Workshop account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

What will be deleted

This includes data associated with your Ridgeline Workshop account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Bikes and bike details
• Component and maintenance records
• Service and replacement history
• Uploaded bike photographs
• Strava connection information and Strava data held by Ridgeline Workshop

Strava

If your Ridgeline Workshop account is connected to Strava, deleting your Ridgeline Workshop account will terminate that connection and remove applicable Strava data held by Ridgeline Workshop.

Deleting your Ridgeline Workshop account does not delete your Strava account or the original activity data held by Strava.

Retention

Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or financial record-keeping purposes. Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for the period necessary to meet those requirements.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

That gives you a nice consistency across the whole system:

Disconnect Strava → terminates the Strava connection and removes applicable Strava data while leaving the Ridgeline account intact.

Delete Ridgeline account → terminates the Strava connection and removes the user’s Ridgeline account and associated data.

Delete Strava account? → Ridgeline doesn’t do that; that’s entirely between the user and Strava.
