Account Deletion Request

Once the request has been verified, your Ridgeline Workshop account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

What will be deleted:
This should cover the user’s Ridgeline data, including:

Account/profile information
Bikes and bike details
Component and maintenance records
Service and replacement history
Uploaded bike photographs
Stored Strava connection/activity data associated with their Ridgeline account

I’d then add:

Strava:
Deleting your Ridgeline Workshop account will remove data held by Ridgeline Workshop. It does not delete your Strava account or the original activity data held by Strava.

Retention:
Something along the lines of:

Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or financial record-keeping purposes. Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for the required period.

And finally:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
